RETURN POLICY

Our policy regarding returns and exchanges covers the following situations:

You may return or exchange a product if:

• You have received the incorrect product.

• The product you received is damaged or defective.

• Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Queries submitted after this period may not qualify for a refund.
   

 

Options upon returning a product:

• You can opt to have the product replaced or exchanged.

• The reason for the return.

• Your preference for a refund or replacement/exchange.

 

 

Condition of the returned product:

• The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Ensure it is correctly and safely packaged for return.

• If the product is deemed unsuitable for return, we may decline to accept it.
